Recognizing Potential and Emerging Talent: Practical Strategies for Talent Development

Designed with practitioners in mind, this conference will build the fundamentals of talent development and its use as a framework for a more inclusive and equitable approach to gifted education. Participants, including teachers, GT coordinators, administrators, and other instructional leaders will explore what works in talent development and articulate a clear rationale for why talent development is essential in order to provide equity and access for all students.



Sponsored by and funded through the College of Charleston’s Talent Development Academy Grant, the conference is provided at no charge to participants.
